General Terms & Policy Framework

To ensure complete transparency and operational consistency, the following overarching terms apply across all Tinch Jewels policies, programs, and service agreements:

Mandatory Documentation: Presentation of the original retail invoice and authentic laboratory grading certificates is strictly required to process any exchange, buyback, or warranty claim.
Certificate Replacement Fees: In the event of loss, theft, or physical degradation of an original diamond or gemstone certificate, a mandatory re-certification charge of ₹450 per carat will be applied.
Determination of Market Rates: For all trade-in, exchange, or buyback evaluations, the prevailing market value of precious metals and gemstones will be determined solely by Tinch Jewels based on commercial index rates on the exact date the request is processed.
International Order Exclusions: All shipments delivered outside the Republic of India are classified as final sale. International orders are strictly excluded from the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, 7-Day Exchange Policy, Lifetime Exchange (LTE), and Lifetime Buyback (LTB) frameworks.
Policy Modifications: Tinch Jewels reserves the right to amend, update, alter, or rescind any clause within these policies at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior individual notification.
Scope of Application: The benefits, guarantees, and coverages outlined across all sections of this document apply exclusively to authentic items purchased directly through official Tinch Jewels channels.
