Collection FAQ

What styles of men's rings does Tinch offer?
Tinch offers a range of men's diamond rings and wedding bands, from minimalist sleek bands to statement pieces with diamond detailing, designed for everyday wear as well as engagements and weddings.
What makes a sleek band different from a traditional band?
Sleek bands use a low-profile design with clean, uninterrupted lines and minimal surface detailing, giving a refined, understated look that sits comfortably against the hand and pairs well with both formal and casual wear.
What metal options are available for men's rings?
Our men's bands are handcrafted in 14K and 18K gold, with Yellow Gold, White Gold, and Rose Gold options, all BSI Hallmark certified. Explore our 18K gold jewellery collection for premium finishes.
What techniques are used to craft your men's bands?
Each band is precision-cast and hand-finished, with techniques like brushed matte finishing, high-polish edging, and channel or bezel diamond setting used to create durable, everyday-wearable pieces without compromising on detail.
What is a lightweight band, and how is it made?
Lightweight bands are constructed using a hollow or semi-hollow core technique, which reduces the amount of gold used while maintaining the ring's shape and structural strength — resulting in a band that feels comfortable for all-day wear without sacrificing durability.
What diamond cuts are available for men's rings?
Men's rings typically feature round brilliant, baguette, and princess cut diamonds, often set in channel or flush settings to keep the surface flat and snag-free for daily wear.

About Men's Diamond Rings — a buying guide

Setting height. A raised stone catches on gloves, pockets and tools. Men's rings are set low, flush or channel-set, so nothing protrudes.

Band width. Most men's rings sit between 4mm and 8mm. Wider reads bolder but feels tighter on the finger, so a wide band usually needs a half size up from your measured size.

Metal choice matters more. 14K is meaningfully harder than 18K and holds up better to daily abrasion. For a ring worn through manual work, 14K is the practical answer.

Channel-set bands — diamonds sit between two walls of metal, completely protected. The most durable option available.

Single-stone rings — one bezel-set or flush-set diamond, understated and secure.

Baguette and geometric bands — step-cut stones set in linear arrangements for a structured, architectural look.

Toi et moi and infinity bands — designs carrying the same meaning as their counterparts, cut for a wider band.

  • Size up for width. A 6mm band fits tighter than a 2mm band at the same nominal size.
  • Choose 14K for heavy daily wear. Harder, more scratch-resistant, and visually near-identical.
  • Flush and channel settings outlast prongs in any ring worn through physical work.
  • Engraving is available on every band, inside or out.

Twenty-two designs in 14K and 18K gold with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds. Custom work takes two to five weeks with a CAD approval stage. Every ring ships with its certificate, insured worldwide delivery, lifetime exchange and free resizing.
